Why create a buyer persona?
Creating a buyer persona (also known as ideal client persona) works for both product and service based businesses. The idea is to get very specific about your buyer persona and really get inside their head.
Once you have identified your ideal client, you will be able to create products or services that are perfectly tailored to their needs. The more specific you get, the better!
